Social Media Lawsuit is an association of businesses committed to holding Big Tech and Big Media accountable for the fraud that they commit and the damage that they do. This commitment is a big undertaking that requires money to do and represents a great deal of risk for the people on the point of the sword. Social Media Lawsuit should be considered as a private for profit business because it is attempting to fund it’s operations by prevailing in lawsuits, selling products and services and through membership. Structuring our organization in any other way would create the possibility for the squelching of free speech and operations. Social Media Lawsuit and is management will spend the funds raised in any way they see fit and if the organization is unable to raise enough money or resources to bring any lawsuits then there will be no recourse for any donors.
